Absolute Anime

billy corgan (main guy in the smashing pumpkins, songwriter, singer, guitarist) sent out a full page advertisement for some newspaper in his hometown a few months ago that was a long letter explaining how he wanted to get the pumpkins back together because he misses the "pumpkins spirit." but the shitty thing is he says it doesn't matter to him who is in it, as long as the spirit is alive. the thing is, everyone in the band hates each other. the guitarist and bassist hate billy corgan and the drummer's the only one on his side, and billy hates the guitarist and the bassist too. billy corgan is a controlling, self-centered butthole so his band probably wouldn't want to get back together with him anyway. he just wants the name smashing pumpkins so he can get better album sales, is my guess. but it'd still be cool now to see billy corgan live actually playing pumpkins songs instead of his crappy techno [censored] from his solo albums. but, whatever.

If the original members would get back together that would be awesome. I used to love old Pumpkin stuff, and think that if they got back together they could make some pretty sweet stuff again. Billy is pretty egotistical, but I think they can get over their petty little problems.

I'd have to agree on that, in my opinion the original is better. (what is an mod app?)

Songs like Bullet with Butterfly Wings and Zero were just awesome. It was a shame they didn't have a longer go before they broke up.

Yeah, i also like the songs "where boys fear to tread","1979","tonight tonight",ect. now if they do get back together iys not gonna be the same,but it'll be intresting to see what kind of stuff they come up with.

it would be sooooo cool if they could get back together but its pointless if its not original memebers and by the sounds of it its not too likely

Wow Smashing Pumpkins..haven't heard their sogs in aa long time. I liked their songs.
