Does anyone know who this character is??

I have been trying to find out who he is but i just cant find him anywhere and i've found alot of different fanart but never who he actually is... is he from an anime? video game? or an original character? i have no clue AHH! anyone know?

I'm not sure but it looks like the work of Kazuya Minekura. Look through their comics and i'm sure you will find a macth to that image.
