GHIII needs some Metallica! And, though the licesnes will be hard to get and buy, some Led Zeppelin and Beatles would be fantastic. The Doors? The Who? More classic rock!! Epic by Faith No More would be cool...

beyond the dark sun - wintersun (would be very challenging)
the crusade - trivium (sheer length)
impliments of destruction - chimaira (again length
black sheep - sonata arctica (fast paced)
angel of death - slayer (an absolute must have)

wintersun is harder than buckethead trust me i especially feel sorry for the bassist
