Can someone identify this song?

I've been having a long go-round of trying to figure out what this song is for someone. They thought it was from an anime, and the best I could do was confirm it wasn't Japanese. Someone on my forum said it was definitely Korean. Other than that, I still don't know any lyrics or anything that'll help me find a title and artist. Can anyone help?

ok, first off, i wanna get this offa my chest. the song is abysmal. now, BOT, i'm afraid i havn't heard it before. but, if its on a DDR game, finding out shouldn't be a problem.

I guess it's not a DDR song... after your suggestion, KoYue, I went to a DDR forum where members told me that it wasn't a DDR song. Thanks for the help, though. I'm not sure where to go or who to ask now...

NM, mystery solved.
I stalked the person who posted the song originally by Googling his username and found that someone else on another forum knew the answer.
The song is Swedish, not Korean. It's called "Caramell Dansen" by Caramell.

I really should have known it was Swedish... I listen to Värttinä a lot. Then again, they don't do techno.

i've never heard a song in this language, but i've heard in korean. and i've read some lyrics in korean too and i don't know, but it kinda looks like what i've read.. XD
And i was thinking, i have no idea what this lyrics mean... XDDD

yeah I think it is a DDR thing
