Anime Races

Hello all, I am working on my own table-top style RPG, and I am trying to think up character races besides human. I know BESM has a few, but I can't find the details on them without actually buying the books. Anyways, you guys are all Otaku, so I thought you might be able to help.
Here's what I need:
1) Suggestions for Anime character races.
2) What anime your suggestion comes from.
3) Any information you can give me on the race, such as where they come from, racial traits, etc.
