My Moderator Application: DJ ÑÎÑJÅ

I would like to become a moderator on this lovely site, Absolute Anime
I believe this site, as I've said many times to various people, is getting moderators that are way too lenient to do their job effectively and seriously, and even though we may end up having 30 different moderators, what difference does it make if they all do not do their jobs correctly, and effeciently? That's like having 30 different burger stands in one town, but every burger stand created food that's taste was very poor. What makes me any different from other applications?
I'm fair and I do not bend to anyone's sides. I'll warn even my closest friends on this site if need be, and I'm not biased, as some of the current moderators are. I'm strict, and I have good reasoning. I believe that being strict will convince users to abide by the rules or leave. I'm not the type of person to give 40 different warnings to a person and not crack down. I give 2 or 3 and that is it. I do not believe moderation is a game, as others do. Many, many, times in chatroom I've experienced moderators (usually the same one or two) that believe they should abuse their power simply because they can. They do this by repeatedly creating useless, unneeded alerts that has lagged my computer and many others' computers. Moderation isn't a joy ride, and although I like to enjoy myself, as many people know, I have an extremely mature and serious side of me that comes out in certain situations, and moderation and how this site is ran are both things that call out said maturity.
As for my duty and trustworthiness, forget about my past. I've turned a new leaf, and that was then and this is NOW if you would like more information on that, please go here for more information on that, seeing as how this is a moderator application, not a thread speaking of my changes back to my old personality: http://www.absoluteanime.com/forum/view ... hp?t=25895
On another note, I've been on this site for a very long time, since around March of 2005 if I'm not mistaken. Also, I wish for people to realize that it's not about what I've done in the past that should influence the decision of me becoming a moderator, it should be what I am NOW and my ability to do the job succesfully and effeciently with respect.
Thank you all for taking your time to read this application, if you have any questions or comments, please reply to this thread. I'd like criticism, not rude, unneeded comments. Remember that. Any comments such as those will most likely be ignored.
Thank you.
