GUILTY GEAR ALL THE WAY MAN!!!!!!!!
Also Capcom vs SNK was a great 2D fighter too ^-^.
I used to hate fighting games because towards the end of a fight i always had the same small amount of health as the enemy, so i used to panic :S lol.
But then i came across DOA3, which got me properly into them again, and know they are like the best games ever xD. But yeah, Guilty Gears te best mon!!

Testament owns your soul! KOF and Darkstalkers kick butt as well... Although the Guilty Gear series has the best soundtrack...

Marvel vs Capcom, a game where you can combine the awesomeness of Warmachine with the hotness of Morrigana or is it Morgana... IT DON'T MATTER, SHES A HOT VAMPIRE CHICK!!!!

Amen. I thoroughly enjoyed both of them. I really enjoyed it when they started to mix the franchises together. I've been playing more of Capcom v. SNK these days.
