My Moderator Application: Lust.

Ok... here I go.
Sam I am! This is my moderator application, and I want to convince you to vote for me to be a moderator of your site. As the people of AA, I really respect and value your opinions, and would be extremely happy if you left detailed reasons why you voted yes or no. First of all.. I'll tell you my negative qualities...
I have not been here long. But I intend to stay. I joined June 23, 2007.. and was inactive shortly after I joined.. I just returned 9-28-2007. Another is my post count...
Before you vote no. Give me a chance to persuade you to change your mind. I have already befriended many people, I love most of you guys, and dislike very few.. if any. And even though I lack experience here, I wouldn't consider myself a noob. I know the basics. And for my post count.. I try to stay civil and not spam threads, and 90% of my double posts are accidents. In my opinion.. post count is just a number. It doesn't tell anything. You could have "1" post and be the best moderator ever. So please overlook these details..

I wish to become a moderator to help this site. I see some threads that need moving/locked so I tell mods about them. I wish to stop bothering them! :mrgreen:

Also.. I constantly see flaming, and too much use of vulgar words which require cencorship. I will try my best to stop this..
(Main reasons)

LIVE CHAT... There is.. so much going on here, it's crazy.. So much rule breaking.. swearing, flaming, more than just "playing" sexually... I will do my best to stop this. I am in live chat most of my time on AA.

SPAMMING! - Too much spam going on in local threads.. And people go off topic.. and just don't go back on.

Many people tell me to submit my application.. because I do act like a moderator even though I don't have the title nor the power. Though there are cases which I get my head bit off.. and I want this to stop as well.

The reason why I respect these rules so much... The Webmaster. You know him, right right?? Nice guy.. he worked hard to put this site up, most likely. And I want to honor him for this, and all he wants in return is just a few basic rules followed. And I can do that, unfortunately.. some people can't.

( Boring part.. :( )
Reason why Id qualify as a moderator..
-I'm above thirteen
-I guess you could say I'm likeable
-I have a sense of humor, and get along with almost everyone here.
-I keep my cool.. I don't argue with people.. if it gets THAT bad.. I just ignore them.
(blah blah... I'm restating what I said earlier if I keep going)

Well take all of this into consideration, please? And.. each and every one of your votes matters to me. I guess you could say.. I'm a perfectionist.

Even if I do not get the moderator position, I won't stop doing good for AA. I love this site.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[Edit] OFF TOPIC!!!
I have to take back the "no arguing" policy.. because today I blew up at someone. But It didn't last long.. I just ignored him/her That was a bad one on my part.. [-X Please don't vote against me for this little misunderstanding.. [-o<
[Edit]Added color to make this much more appealing to your beautiful eyes. ^^ :mrgreen:
[Edit] Screwed with the sizes, make it easier to read and changed colors around (yellow was blinding) :twitch:
No you are too new.... You need to be around longer to get to know some of the people.
Despite the fact that you voted no for my application, I'm voting yes for you. I've seen some of your other posts and you seem to know what you're doing, so I don't think it matters that you haven't been here to long. And I agree with you on the whole post count thing.
Why can't a new person be a moderator?
Like I've said, I've seen some of her other posts. The only thing she does that annoys me is put things like "shhh... post two" whenever she does a double post.
Although its a little too soon, I've talked to you personally for long enough on a few occasions, I'm convinced that you would do as good as anyone else would, and I think that your head is in the right place, the only reason why some people could vote against you is because of the fact that you have a low post count and you've joined back in June. It'll just have to be a baptism by fire, you have my vote.
Baptism by fire?
Doesn't the saying say "Trail by Fire"?
I appreciate all of your votes.. and want to thank every one of you for every vote. Positive or negative. I just wish you'd ignore the fact I'm new. But that's fine.
And I only did the shh post two thing once..and thats because the second post was on purpose.
I think that someone's registration date and post count has little to do with whether or not they know the rules and can act appropriately as a mod, so I gave you a yes.
But, I think it'll be a bit hard at this time to convince others that you're equally or more reliable than some of the older members who have applied, so hopefully you'll stick around for a while and can apply again later. :3
Yeah. Thanks for the vote. And you're right, again. But anything can happen! I'm going to stay positive! :)
I've seen it in two different threads in two different forum areas on this site. So you must of done it at least twice.
I think we should judge whether you'd be a good mod or not on your moderator application, and your activity in the forums and the chat. Because regardless of being new, you have proven yourself more worthy than many of the older members.
If the only reason people can find to say no to your application is because your 'too new', then you are most definitely worthy of the moderator position.
An old joined date is not really the best ingredient for a mod, it's a shame some members vote that way though. Because by the time webmaster thinks it's time to take a new mod on board, I'm sure you will have been with us what is considered by the morons long enough.
You deserve a yes!
