Absolute Anime

I need help with Super Mario 64. I'm on a course in the ocean level (no it's not Jolly Roger Bay) called Pole-Jumping for Red Coins. I went there and got 4 coins bt the only problem is is that the rest of the remaining coins are hard to get. I can't find any poles that move which makes it very frustrating.

Well, all the poles should be moving...it just takes some time to get where the coins are. Just be a little patient.
