Absolute Anime

Can anyone tell me who this person is and what they are from? I've looked everywhere and haven't found anything except that it might be from a game. I've been looking all over the place for a character that I could possibly cosplay and once I find one I can't figure out who they are.
If no one can tell me who this is, can you at least tell me another character that is similar?

She could be a character created by an amateur artist and not belong to any anime, manga, or videogame.

I found a company that makes computer games and other games called KID, and that is what the (c)KID is for because it is on other pictures from them, but I haven't been able to find out anything else about it.

Did you find out who it is?
