What I'm getting from these replies is that they're all just womanizers. If I were to follow the actual question, I'd have to say (since the Japanese don't really believe in that kind of lifestyle) the Lord's son in episode one of Samurai Champloo. If one judges a pimp by one's harem I think it would be Tenchi from Tenchi Muyo.
If you judge it by being a badass... well the guy is pretty tough, have you seen some of his fights? Just because he's humble and polite isn't bad, maybe you're tougher doing that than by being a smoker like Spike Spiegal.
