Neon Genesis Evangelion question

i recently saw a picture of Rei Ayanami from the show neon genesis evangelion with a goat pulling on her dress, like the old coppertone girl ad. does anyone know if it is just a picture someone personally drew or if it is a picture from an episode. if it is in an episode, can i get the name of it?
