Bosses from hell!

What are the toughess bosses you had to face in a game? I'm still trying to kill Bowser in Paper Mario. Man, that boss is a nightmare!
In Final Fantasy VIII I'd practically die every time I'd fight Adel when she absorbs Rinoa. I'd ALWAYS kill Rinoa by accident!
I also sucked with the whole last battle with fighting Ultimecia four times (or is it five times?) in a row. The first time I fought her I'd start whining because Zell and Quistis died straight up.
