Absolute Anime

I've been searching for a few days now, but I can't seem to find any information relating to this character. So, I figured it'd be more easily identifiable to those who watch boatloads of anime, as opposed to someone like myself, who only watches the occasional show or two.

I've tried pretty much everything I could think of to find the name of this guy short of searching the entire character database here. Any and all help is much appreciated.

From what I can tell, there's a possibility that he's just an OC. Most pics on photobucket (from what I've seen) are OCs people have taken from other sites and uploaded onto photobucket.

But otherwise, he's not a character I recognize, or even seems familiar, so I can't tell you for sure. Sorry.

I figured that was the case. Thanks for the attempt, though, I appreciate it. *shrug* Guess I'll just have to draw him in different angles myself.
