Harry Potter and the Secret Horcrux

We are at Hogwarts at the time of the Secind War - Harry's 6th year. Dumbledore is still alive and has organized a staff that is able to protect Hogwarts from the attack of the Death Eaters. Hogwarts is now considered the safest place existing and some students from Beuxbatons and Durmstrang have also come here. But still, even though it seems safe, there is a fear, a constant fear that the Death Eaters would berach in.
Dumbledore also found out that there exists an 8th Horcrux, a Secret Horcrux that on one except Voldemort knows of. The students arrive at Hogwarts and Dumbledore gathers an Army that swore to protect Hogwarts and its students from any harm that might come from Voldemort. Dumbledore soon decides to go on a search for the Horcux... but will he be succesfull? What will he find out? Will Hogwarts be safe while he is away?
The basic plot is to find the 8th Horcrux, destroy it and that will be it. You all know the rest. I have predicted a stunning duel scene before the end, but let us try to make it to that part.
Now, some simple rules:
1) Follow al the general rules of RP-ing
2) You can chosse max. 4 characters - 2 that you make up and 2 of the offered ones
3) You must select one of the cannonical characters unless you get my permission otherwise
4) The characters that need to be filles shall be bolded in red
5) Romance is encouraged, but if you want any mature content, first PM me to see about it
6) Mild goddmoding is allowed but only during duels (ex. He hit him and he fell on the ground) - NO INJURIES OR KILLINGS UNLESS THE CHARACTES ALLOWS IT
7) When choosing an non-canon characters appearence, it has to be either an official anime drawing or a cap from a movie - no self-made artwork

He is also very sarcastic and dislikes when someone asks too much questions, especially when the answer is clear from the beginning,. He dislikes stupidity. Arthur is also very cold and reserved and rarely speaks about his personal life or expresses his emotions. The only ones to whom he shows them are his friends and his fancy, Ginny Weasley. He is also very helpful, but only to the people that deserve it. He will just say no to the others and stop talking to them. He is also a brilliant chess player and is very analytical and logical. He fancies using deduction and induction to conclude things by himself and he often uses the Socratic Method in his conversations.
Bio: Was born in London, in Whitechapel, to Gregory and Sandra Poe, both wizards. His parents both attended Hogwarts. His father was a Gryffindor and his mother was a Ravenclaw.
His parents touhgt him magic since he was very little and he showed fascinating progress with each lesson. That is when they knew he would go to Hogwarts.
When he was four, a bog dog got loose from his leash and attacked Arthur. His parents could not use magic to stop the dog. He injured him severely, but Arthur survived and he was took to the ICU, where he fully recovered. But, he kept his fear of dogs until today.
When he got accepted to Hogwars, he exceeded in wizarding subjects such as DADA, Transfiguration, Charms and Potions and a non-magic subject - History. He also did good at the other subjects. but he has no interest for them. That has not chagned. He is currently one of the best students of the generation and is a very skilled wizard.
