Absolute Anime

I wanna create this website called worst singers in america it's where if you wanna prove to that person that they can't sing that the website to do it all you have to do is send a video of them singing and then america'll vote online to determine if they can sing or not. So does anybody know how to create a website.

If you don't already know how to make a website, your best bet would be to hire someone to do it. Otherwise, you'll need to spend a lot of time with tutorials, just trying stuff out and learning as you go.
