Who sings this song?

I recently heard a sound clip of a song called "Happy Days" that was supposedly performed by Noriko Namiki. I have looked just about everywhere for some thing to prove this or the song file itself and have come up completly dry. Does anyone know where I can get this song or if someone else performed it? Please assist!

True.. LimeWire is good, and this is a mysterious question...
But Limewire itself isn't enough.. It's always nice to be equip with these
