I'm going with sensui on this on all younger toguro
can do build strengh. Sensui has speed and he can transform into five different motion's. Plus he killed yuskue,kurama, kuabara, and hiei. that was until yuske came back and beat him.

I say younger toguro because he was alot cooler.
