That's what makes Freeza so cool! People refer to him as a he... but he wears lipstick and like you said, talks like a woman ^^

Ya the woman who does Genkai's voice from YYH does freiza's voice.
BTW the first time I saw freiza I thought he was a transsexual but then I learned he's just gay. The other villians are better.

His japanese voice sounds more like a guy.

Cell was just all talk no action, always going on about how perfect he was and Buu well...he was overrated... how many transformations can a guy make?? I mean he must have went through 5 or 6 at least. That's all there was to Buu, transformations without them Buu would be nothing.
