Ginyu/Frieza almost did along with goku but the answer is himself. He converted his lif force into energy and blew himself up. It was during his fight with Fat Buu.

Frieza also killed Vegeta.if you include the future timeline,Vegeta was also killed by the androids.and Vegeta killed himself fighting Buu,like you said above.

Wait a minute. Frieza didn't kill Vegeta. He got up during the fight between Goku and Frieza. He escaped. That's why he was on Earth before Goku.

No, Vegeta did die. But then they wished him back. That's why he got to Earth before Goku. Besides it took Goku a year before he got back from Planet Namek
