dunno, if they make one, u might be able to find it in Shoen jump in awhile.

As i understand it, it's a pure anime created specifically for the medium (that's why all the hip-hop music and all). In other words, it wasn't adapted from or to a manga and exists only as anime.

I stand corrected, then. What threw me off was the fact that Anime News Network (my usual resource for this stuff) had not linked the two together (which they usually do).

In any event, this is one of those interesting instances where the anime becomes the source of the manga, rather than the usual vice versa.

yep, there is deffinetly a manga, i came across it the other day on a website but i dont remember what it was :

Yes there is a manga to Samurai Champloo. I bought it over my Christmas Break.
