what how in Sailor moon in the last episode when all the senshi die, The Outers were wishing on a star, arethey dead or not

In Sailor Teleport, the Inner Senshi form a circle while holding hands, they say "Sailor Teleport," while focusing on a common destination, and they are transported there.
By the way, none of the senshi are dead at the end of the last episode.
