Is That some sort of syndicate or some thing underground of Mugen High. I understand that Tomoe Runs it.

I believe that, in the manga, the Witches 5 were a group of teachers (from Mugen) that Tomoe recruited as his minions. In the anime and manga, their hideout was either in Mugen's basement.

To me the lab reminds me of the Axis Chemical plant in Batman. I wonder Can They Clone Humans? Oh Yeah Be fore I forget. were they figthing Demons or Genetic freaks or Aleins
