She panted heavily, was there no end to them!?

Taking her hand she pressed the medals against the wall into the imprint that matched the design perfectly.

There was a crumbling sound, the moaning of a mechinism beginning to brim back to life. She panted heavily while glancing back, paranoia etched in her eyes as she slammed her fists against the stalling door, it was jammed!

She cried out in horror as she looked around, there was a pole nearby. Gripping the cylinder of metal she propped the bar between the small gap of the door and the wall, heaving and pulling against the stone door hearing the slight inching. It was working!

She let out a relieved breath only to hear a crackling sound behind her, the stones that were being crushed beneath the padding feet of something large and heavy.

Her eyes widened as she turned to look at the small entry way into the enclosed room she stood in.

"AHHHHHH---"

Her screams were cut short...

September 12, 1998.
River City, Nevada.
12:30 p.m.

"...and the bizarre murder cases occuring, with the serial killer still on the loose it is reported that there could be several others involved in the ongoing cases..."

The radio clicked off, the knob turned by the driver of the vehicle.

"Can you believe that? A serial murderer," he sighed while running a hand through his hair and squeezing the handle. "We've been on duty since yesterday morning and it doesn't seem like with all these murders our shift will ever end..."

Karen B. Johnson, didn't reply. Her eyes swept across the passing lights, entranced by their eerie glow in the wee hours of the morning.

"I mean, what's going on around here, one minute its the small peaceful little town of River and all the sudden wham a serial killer shows up!" he was ansy and on edge, this sort of thing doesn't happen in places like River City...

It was true. Bizarre murders have been occuring on the outer more stops, small little reststops like the Sagebrush and Meadowgold had been completely torn apart and on top of that all of the people there had been...what was reported by the investigating officers...eaten.

They said that it was probably rabid wolves, or some vicious pets let loose but that was becoming a less likely thing with all of the newer cases arrising in town.

Even now, they were escorting two of the bodies that had been found at the most recent scene in the small neighborhood just on the rim of the city. The mother had been torn into and all of her organs ripped out, while the father was missing a great deal of his head and an arm.

"...Karen do you thi--"

He was not able to finish.

Burning rubber scraped across the pavement, its tracks leaving being scorching marks of black. Screams from inside the ambulance could be heard as the vehicle colided with a building.

...That is when it all began, in the night when screams started to fill the air of the small town known as River City...

Character Classes:
Survivor.
R.P.D.
Mercenary.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE TWO CHARACTERS, ONE WILL BE KILLED AND OR DIE. No exceptions. This is just how it has to go people, not everyone is going to make it out alive so if you make two characters, don't be surprised if one of them gets trapped and dies.

There is NO STARS, no one from Raccoon City and most people in River think that Raccoon City was just a deadly bactiria like cholera or something.

If you're going to try and Bio your characters with Umbrella ask me first please. This story line pretty much has nothing to do with the main story of RE but it will associate with it.

Mercs will by hired by my second character, so if your a merc wait till I post his bio.

Lets have fun, Keep it Clean as you can and if there's Romance ((WHICH I encourage)) keep it PG.

Bio: He's a rough, tough, Texan that has the catch phrase "If you can't beat 'em, them blow them to smitherines!" He started a band of mercenaries after some personal occurences in his life. Whiskey Squad was a highly known but little respected group of roughians that wasn't about to be given the credit for their work. However, when Bob was approached by a man named only by his initials A.W. he packed up his crew and headed out west towards Nevada where a hot tip of jobs was supposedly waiting for them...

((Amazing...lol swords, in this day and age? I guess but try to be like Good at everything, after all this is based around Resident Evil type survival so you know being crappy is ok thats the point, regular people going against all odds. BY THE BY the infection hasn't completely spread, and no one knows what it is, no one knows its an infection and all that jazz. It just started.))
