Can you name this anime?

hi, I was wondering if you could name this anime, I only have a vague description of it, but I hope its enough.

So, there is a girl with brown hair, pink eyes, and a pink hat, and a whitish/tannish colored dress with the edges pink.

And then there is a dark skin girl/boy/thing (lol) with a purple dress and black tights on his/her arms and legs, and dark brown hair.

If you can give me a name I can look it up and I would know if it was right after I checked out the pictures.

Are you able to give anymore specific Info? Cause those are only small things that are similar to lots of anime.

I need more information; do you know any names of the characters? If so you can type in it Google images and hopefully get the name of the show.
