Which villian is more dangerous Broli or Omega Shenron

you heard wrong. He was the strongest villian they had to fight, but Brolly put up a way better fight at the time then Omega Shenron did.

Well the're both dangerous - they could blow a planet in a sec. But remember that to beat Omega Shenron Goku and Vegeta SSJ4 had to fuse into Gogeta. To beat Brolli, Goku 'only' needed to absorb all his friends' energy.

Brolli seems more dangerous beacause there was an emphasis on him being a legendary warrior, and the fact that at the end of GT we had all seen many fights much similar to vs Omega Shenron...
