Ryu is walking down a market and turns down an ally. He's noticed that someone has been following him for awhile now. The person followed him in. "I can make you a deal you wont refuse Ryu the infamous theif. I am from the government and we want you to help us take over this country. You will get to own a nice area."

Ryu turns around. "I also want 3,000,000,000(units of what ever money) in cash when we take over."

"Done, by the way, you now have a partner, me. Get used to it.
