Help me find the name of this anime please!

Okay so here is the deal.
My mom has been seeing this anime on TV in the USA recently and she thinks it looks neat and I should check it out.
I agreed but she couldn't remember the name or much about it, and I'm usually not around when it comes on.
She said that it has a 'weird title', so I'm thinking it must be a Japanese name.
She said there's a K in the title, not necessarily at the beginning.
She also said there is a blonde girl with a light voice in it too, and that's it.

So... could you please give me some suggestions as to what it might be, please?

Ohh, I forgot to say that she said the title only has 1 word in it.

Well it's a little hard knowing what it is with such little info.
