I didn't think he was trying to kill him at that part, not with what Karasu was saying. When I was watching the cut dub on toonami I thought maybe in the Japanese uncut, the reason Kurama tried to make him go away so suddenly was because Karasu was doing something perverted. Maybe its just my own hentai mind coming in to play but I thought Karasu was going to molest my poor fox-boy! The horror!

I was thinking along the same lines. It did rather seem like Karasu was going to try something, didn't it? Especially with his dubbed dialogue during the actual fight. I'm all for shounen-ai, but that was one twisted monster. Still, he does have an impressive style of martial arts.
