(1) She's a nice gal, talks to me time to time. People just needs to get to know her, if you started on a wrong page with her try again.
(2) I always think everyone deserves another chance. If they prove to be the same and can't change we can always opt them out again.
(3) We all have a past, but part of being human is correct the wrong by committing ourselves to do the right in the future.

So I fully support Nelly to try again being a moderator.
