Intersex individuals are not able to reproduce. As a Pre-med student that just finished up a genetics course, I can explain to you why this is..

We all start as females in utero (XX and XY are the standard genetic codes for gender), and in the second trimester, either the Y (male) gene kicks in and forms male parts, or the second X kicks in and continues developing a woman.

In rare cases, a baby accidently ends up with XXY or XY with a weak male gene, causing the male parts to not fully form. In that case, because of the underdeveloped parts and strange mixes of hormones that go on with both female and male body parts producing them, the intersex individual is usually rendered sterile and unable to reproduce.

Someone said something about him having two male and two female genes- this is biologically impossible. Women have two X genes (XX), and men have an X and a Y (XY). YY babies CAN NOT BE PRODUCED.

As I'm sure you all know, when a baby is made, half of it's genetic code comes from the mother, and half from the father. Thus, the only POSSIBLE mixes are XX and XY. Two men can not make a baby.. Yet (it's in the works, actually, but involves a lot of complicated science and petri dishes and whatnot.. it wouldn't happen accidentaly).

For there to be an XXY baby, something went wrong with the Meiosis in either the female or male sex cells (Meiosis is when a normal cell splits into four seperate cells, each one has HALF a DNA strand that later combines with the other gender's sex cell to create a whole cell with a unique genetic code- these are eggs and sperm), and a cell that is only supposed to get one half of a pairing ends up with two. It's incredibly rare.

So, in conclusion, it's impossible. End of lecture, you can put away your notebooks now, class..
