every month, because 2 slam dunk mangas and a ragnarok manga are released monthly (right now slam dunk is up to 20 and Ragnarok is up to 10)

Depends totally on money situation.
Usually I get my manga 3. and 15. day of every month 'cause that's when my paycheck's swing their way to my bank account...

Whenever I can please my classmate for letting me borrow his/her manga.

and when i have some money, begging for my mom or dad 2 buy and they buy me when i'm good or gud at begging.

Its a locally (Philippines) distributed version of the korean Ragnarok manga, done by Chuang Yi Publishing. I'm assuming that the Northern Hemisphere has the Tokyopop version. (Its only costs $2 here!)
