It is currently in development, so it won't be out till next year, and yes it is a new .Hack//game for the PS2, who knows what the G.U. stands for.

One of the two characters appears to be able to use twinblade, long arm and heavy blade weapons, and is a PK,

When "It" was born, the first thing "It" saw was a PK.

A player killer(like Sora was) is a player that kills other players(the reason Sora did was to collect member addresses, and BT was his favorite victim).
