RELAX POWERLEVEL
This equations is to find a person relax pl, that is when there not using all of their strength.

1. What's your weight?
2. What's your age?
3. How tall are you in inches?
Now, add your weight, age and how tall you are in inches, together and divide by 50. There's your Relax Power Level. The normal Human is between 1-5. The strongest man, Steve Kirit his rpl is 7.74!!

MAX POWERLEVEL
Now this equations are the max powerlevel, that is when you're using all your strength.

2. What's your age?
3. How much can you lift? (Bench Press)
4. How tall are you in inches?
Now, add your weight, age, pounds you can lift and how tall you are in inches, together and divide by 50. There's your Max Power Level. The normal Human is between 5-8. What's yours? The srongest man, Steve Kirit mpl is 20.74!!

hey i've seen this test before but i got a question

for max pl shouldn't it specify what is meant by how much you lift, you know like bench, or squats, dead lift, ect. you know

yo i think those numbers for the average human are kinda low and not right

they probably wouldn't even be right for the avarage girl cause i would think most guys would have higher than that
