Have To have watched every Sailor Moon Episode
Have to think about it 24/7
Ignore everyone who bad mouths it
Before getting changed yell 'Moon Prism Power Makeup!' (hehe)

Well, I'll say:
having everything about Sailor Moon like:
every song, every anime wallpaper ever made for Sailor Moon, a lot of movie clips, figures of the main characters, have to think on Seiya 24/7 .

-doesnt have 2 know all of sm attacks although u shud if uv seen all the episodes
-nkows all of UR favorite scouts attacks
-knows enough information about to say that SM could beat ne opponent shes put up against
-have gone thu the stage of creating ur own scout at least once
-u either own or in one pt made ur own SM weapon and used something as a tiara
-got all of your friends obsessed with the show at some pt during ur friend ship and everything else Yami said...except replace Seiya w.Mamo-chan in my case

OOH YEH!!! i was Usagi for holloween i didnt have a skirt short enuf to pull of SM so i was just usagi in her school uniform

i did my hair [i'm naturally blonde] in 2 uns and i had this unfky string simmilar to yearn...but it wasnt wool it was MUCH higher quality...in a bunch of dufferent colors, cso i combined the yellow with sone orange and the it unwound it [u kno how yarn is twisted together? it was like that] and brushed it 2 make it look like hair. no1 knew who i wasbut i told them i was SM until i reached one of my neighbors houses and unlike every1 else she guessed my costume b4 guessing any of my friends costumes and said "UR SAILOR MOON RIGHT?"

OMG I WANTED TO HUG HER SOOOOO BAD!!! SHE MADE MY HOLLOWEEN AWESOME THAT YEAR..............

Kool last year I was gonna go as Claire from Resident Evil and i was gonna wear my jeans and what not but I thought everyone would of been like why are you in your normal clothes?? I was a skeleton bride! This year I'll go as Chibi-Usa and scare people!
