"So taht's where my damned father hid the key to his spell laboratory. I coomend you for that... however it's still not enough to get you out of this situation." The gil said as she started to smile as the shadow grea another few inches.

***She needs the key then. Oh well, mine now. Like she said, it's not enough to help me any...***
She though, then made a little chuckle to herself. while she was pwing with it, she decided where to keep it. Taking down her crystal necklace, she strung the key on it next to her crystal thn put it bakc on around her neck.

***Now where could I find away out of her...***
She thought, there must be away out. She knew there has to be, but finding it was the game. She didn't know where it might have been put too... Or how many lose stone have untold secrets of the place... Then, something caught her eye... Something next to the guy was shining, it had a gleem to it. Squinting her eyes, she couldn't make out what it was very carefully as that no one else in th room saw, she was hintig for him to see it and exmaine it...

This is like every other time i'm too weak to help anyone. A tear slid down from his eye. the tear hit the floor and seprated like glass making a small ping. Lobo's ears caught another sound like one of the drops hitting something before the others. Yeah right I'm porably going insane well...might as well try it. The thought coursed sadly through Lobo's mind. He turned his eyes slowly over to were he had heard it drop and saw something shining. Stealthy he moved his foot over to the thing and traced its pattern. It was small and meatllic. It also seemed to have protusions. Thats when Lobo relaized it was a key. He kept his head down and contiuned to shake. Fiddling with the key trying to get it ot hop into his hand without much attetion. He kept the movements looking like random twitchs.

"That key won't work" Ashania said "And I find it entrtaining to think that you have had they keys ot escape for so long and yet couldn't see them. It makes me think that this is a waste of time if you aren't going to be any fun for my master to play with. You've never known the pain it is to die in a horrid fassion. To have your soul ripped from your body in order to sustain your life. Two of us chose that death in order to gain incredible knowledge and power, a power that you will never be able to comprehend." Ashantra left her master's side and took her place by the throne once again, as if feeling like she had oversteped her bounderies somehow.

Hearing what the lady had said, Lazuli was getting restless. Fiding with her necklace, she had gotten the point of it jabbed in her finger. Seeing how much that had hurt and how pointy it was.
***Well if it cut me from the ropes, snares and nets maybe this little lucky charm will help me out this time too...***
She thought it was worth a shot anyway. Taking her necklace down once more, she kissed the tip of it like she had everytime she wqas about to use it.

This was the only thing her mothern ever gave her that she had left. It helped her so much, the only real human she ever trusted... Taking the crystal down the chain, she figured the links would be less cutting face to work with. Scraping it back and forth, it looked as though it wasn't even making a dent.

After what seemed to be 50 strokes it was making dust, but the time was dwindling faster then she could the link. Picking up speed, she was just about done that link. Leaving enough to break it off herself, she moved onto the link on her other shackle...

Damn thought I hid it well enough..guess not damn. Oh well I least I can get it eaisly now. With that thought Lobo leaned down and picked up the key. Now that he saw it up close he relaized it was too small to fit in his collar or the girl's shackles. Suddenly Lobo felt something, something familar like the creeping darkness of the girls song only it was a light instead of a darkness. Closing his eyes Lobo tried ot force the pressence to him, and it was working he could feel its strength becoming stronger and closer. Sure enough A snow white sword came flying through the hole that the girl had opened. As it soared through the air towards the door it ripped through the songstress chest shattering her harp. As the sword was extracted from her chest the gril felt like she had posioned, and she couldnt repair the area around the wound.

Ashantra gasped for air looking at the wound and seeing the blade slowly witdraw as if ready for antoehr attack. "Damnit" she said, "How could you use magic without even trying! This is [censored] impossible!" she keeled over and drew out her sickle, and fended off a second attack from the blade.

The girl walked over and grabbed the blade, he skin burning from contanct and shattered it into pieces with some form of energy, it dissipated as it struck the ground. "That was I must ad mit an awsome show of power, you would make a grea servant, you WILL make a great servant. But still there are several lessons I must teach you about death."

After cutting through the other shackle,Lazuli was free. Pouncing over to the other side,
"Now shush..."
She told him as she began the task of widdling down his chains...

Lobo similed darkly when he saw he had wounded the girl. "Dont like it too much when someone can hurt YOU do ya?" He chuckled darkly seeing in the corner of his eye that the girl had finally finshed getting free of her shackles. "Now if only that stupid white fang katana hadnt wasted time going to finish you off. Cause in my hands you wouldnt have been able to shatter it. Not that it didnt take a nice little toll on you. I've noticed you havent healed from the wound it inflicted AND that you were burned when you touched it. My supeior wolf ears took pleasure in hearing you're rotted flesh sizzile!" Lobo stuck out tearing the chain freeing him from the collar. He masuased his now free neck. "Well that didnt take long, and thank goodness!" Lobo had just realized that the shadow had almost hit the sun. The key! Lobo struck out with the key to the wall opening a door in it. "Well that worked well."

The other opened door seemed to have spiraling stairs the wound both upwards and downwards, the walls themselves seemed permiated with dark energy, as if the castles deaphs were forged of pain and darkness themselves.

"My my, it seems taht they have gotten somewhat smarter, both will make powerful tools, just like you Ashantria, and you Carigus." The girl said.
"If they don't die I will kill them myself." Ashantria said.

Lobo stared at the spiraling stair case it looked like they were dizzingly high. He was almost set aack from the pure dark energy that was being relased from these steps. Not that he would let it show and besides he was to busy gloating over the harp girl. "Oh whats the matter you seemed pissed off. I did truly enjoy listing to you're rotting flesh sizzle. Oh and if you're pissed now wait till you see what I've got for you next HARPIE only maybe those gar girls a little prettier nyah!" Lobo stuck out his tounge and started running down the steps taunting her as he went further into the darkness. "Come and get me if you have the...oh wait you dont have those either! You truly are pathetic no wonder you're always so close to you're mistress. Am I wrong if so come and get me!" Lobo laughed tauntingly contiuning his dash into the darkness

Watching asd the nieve guy taunted their captors, she ran down behind him. After about 5mins of leaping down the stairs, she felt the darkness inside the walls. Stopping for a moement, she let the foolish one pass her by.

She placed a paw up on opne of them, with that something dark was running toward her on the wall. Inquizzitively watching as it came seemed to come toward her, she moved her paw on the wall and saw it following her every movents... Then a portion of the darkness had caught up with movements, it burned her skin to the touch.

Then as she pulled off her paw, it was under neath it growing. She watched as black goopy like substance was connecting her paw and the wall in little stings that were fading out. It rememded her of the stuff that evil man had in the jar...
***Pure pain, I think that's what he called it...***
She thought, then moving her fingers back and forth she had some of the black goop stuck in her fur matted there.

All of a sudden she felt intence pain in her left paw, it burned with something evil... She then felt it flow into her, seep down into her through he pores almost. It burned the whole way down... Then in what seemed to mere seconds, the pain was goen as it nothing had ever happened... Once the stuff had seeped in, what she didn't notice was that her black stripes were getting much darker by the second...

Shaking that from her mind, she knew she had to get out of here and make it back to her wood. She had to save the one place that felt like a true home. She then went back to leaping and bounding down the stairs, skipping 5 steps, using the railing mainly to cascade further down them...

Suddenly the staircase grew colder and as they went deeper the railings slowly turnedinto an obsidion sotne then slowly angled and the obsidion walls engulfed them. The staris themselves became teplaced by stone ones with a large center stone shaft and they seemed to have 4 feet of stone between each curving layer.

I knew it I am noones beast. Lobo bounded down the stairs before it was to escape that goop that he noticed was folowing him and the girl. Now he was running in hope of escape. how long exactly they had been running down those steps of evil Lobo wasnt entirly sure nor did he care. Lobo kept running until he stopped and looked and something in the obsidion wall. Something that he hadnt seen not in the room with the throne where he had woken chained. Not running down those steps of pure evil though the murky blackness. It was...A DOOR! lobo tohught it was the most beautiful thing ever it was impossiable to tell how close they were to the ground so Lobo tried the door to see if it would open to the fresh crisp air of the outside, but much to his disgruntelment it was locked he turned back to the girl and asked simply. "Wanna try that key you found or should we keep going?"

Jumping off the rail as it began to change, she looked down at the floor. It was all stone walls once more... Looking back over to the guy she with, she had noticed the door.
"Well, we better make it quick..."
She told him. Walking over to the door, she was taking off her necklace to use the key. Once she had got to the door, she slid the key in. It fit in there, then she turned it and heard the click of something unlocking.

Knowing that other girl had wanted in here, she pulled the guy there then locked the door from the inside. She put her necklace back on. Then looked around the room. Books were everywhere, little bottles of things. She picked out one book, opened it up, but it all looked to jibberish. She just flipped through it, looking at all the intersting pictures, yet none of them made any sence to her.

She found a quill on the desk, picking it up, she had found such a lovely picture in one of the books. Temptation over took reason and in seconds she was drawing the picture from the book on a portion of her stomach with the black ink.

As she began to draw, the quill tickled with every stroke she took. Then once she was done, she had placed the quill back. Looking down to her tattoo, it had a circle with some little acient letters around the 6 points of what looked to be the star of david. Only it had what appeared to be an eye in the center with a dagger through the puple. She thought it was rather interesting. Looking down at the book, she saw that each marking stood for something...

Trying to pronouce it, she had remembered some basic sounds, but not much. After she was done, the marking burned and singed her fur. She looked down to see herself bleeding a bit. Licking her wound, she say the marking she had drawn on herself was now burned into there for life.

Closing the book back up, she had placed it where it had come from. Still feeling the burning from the scar she had given herself. She walked over to the other guy.
"So, anything useful in here, or should we go now?"
She asked him examining some of the strange liquids and smelling teh fouil odors some had produced.

Lobo scracthed his cheek. "Back in the room with the throne the girl had said that you had found they key to her father's spell lab. then when my sword pierced her after she had dealt with it she said I had used magic without knowing it. So I'm looking for that sword. The white fang katana a way to reproduce it or maybe fix it. It seemed to be able tu hurt the girl. So it should do the same thing to that girl from town. So all I have to do if find the right book. Most have a darkness around them though. The sword felt like a light. So I just have to find the book with the same light an..aha!" Lobo exclamied reaching up to a book that was emmitting a powerful white glow it as the same as the white fang katana. It was a gloruious light. As Lobo's fingers touched the book his hair and eyes returned to normal color. He sighed and the book opened to the exact page the white fang katana was on. lobo's hair was now defing gravity his eyes had gone milk white almost glowing. Words in a language he didnt understand began pourning out of his mouth. While within the throne room the white fang katana's fragments began collecting a white vapor and trembling.
