Well, I was brought up thinking that I should wait until I'm married. And it does make sense when you think about it. I mean, if you're one of those people who think that sex is something sacred and that you should only have sex with someone you love, then yeah, that'd be the way to go. BUT in my opinion, in order to get into a happy marriage (that is if you are planning to get married) that won't end up in a divorce or unhappiness, you'll need to know how your partner is in bed. Lol, I know that sounds funny...but, I think it's true. I mean, seriously, half of the attraction between two people is physical, and don't you dare say you disagree, cause you'd be lying. I think that one should be well experienced before marriage, so that it'll be easier for him/her to be able to tell if they've found the right person. I presonally don't believe in marriage at the moment, so in my opinion, what's the point in waiting. But I'll tell you this, with being sexually involved with somene, comes GGRRRRRREEEEEAAAAAT responsibilites. So, you might want to think twice before you start having sex if you're below 18.rikoku wrote:ok, all those who live in the UK or near by know that teenage pregnancy is on the increase, so, i thought it would be a good idea to see everyones opinion on when its suitable to lose their virginity.
is when theyr married? after school? or ASAP? your opinions please.
A friend of mine got pregnant while still in highschool (grade 11, she was a year younger than me) and now she's living by herself, she's out of school, and she's lost everyone's respect (even though she shouldn't have...it's kinda sad how people react to this sort of thing) I don't even get to see her anymore.
Anyway, and for you guys who think that, oh well, I can't POSSIBLY get preganant, I'll tell you something....you CAN!.............................lol, kidding, no you can't. But you'll get one heavy load on your shoulder.
Oh and you all know about STD's and blahblahs, so i won't go into that.
Oh and by the way, just in case anyone here (any of the girls) does have sex without protection, and gets worried whether they're pregnant or whatnot, there's this 72 hour pill you can take. But you'll have to make sure that you take it sometime in the next 72 hours. I don't know if that would go against your morality, but for those of you whose lives would be over, there. (and no, I've never had to take one, I know through a friend of mine.)
Well, in the end, all I've got to say is, safe sex all the way. And girls, don't rely on birth control pills or start taking them at a young age.
lol, uuuuhhhh, don't be scared though. Sex isn't all that scary lol.
