I would have to say the one whom has been designated unofficially by some people as 21. Cell. Although the term 'Android' does seem inaccurate with 17, 18 and 20. Technically these are cyborgs. Part organic and part machine. (18 could have a kid, 17 is said to be of simular construction and 20 has a human brain.)

Couldn't Cell be called a cyborg then? Afterall, he didn't seem to have any mechanical parts in him, he was just grown.

I wouldn't called Cell a cyborg (at least not in his first form). He seemed fully biological. No mechanical components. It could be argued he became a cyborg when he absorbed 17 and 18. Taking on their mechanical components.

no 18 was knocked out of Cell by Gohan and later Krillin wished for the bomb in side of 18 and 17 to be taken out. She never died but 17 did. 17 was wished backed with the dragonballs.

What I meant to say was, isn't Cell non-mechanical, fully biological in all forms? The reason I ask this is because when Vegeta blasted the right side of Cell's body off in the battle they had, Cell didn't appear to have any mechanical parts inside him like androids and cyborgs did. And now I'm wondering, if he isn't a cyborg or an android, then what is he?
