Bastard!!

[Dashu2]

I want to talk about the anime Bastard, but there is no thread. Therefore I made one.
I've read all 22 mangas of Bastard and want to know:
Are there differences between the manga and anime?
In Japan manga no 23 was released this year. Is no 23 released in the usa too(I'm from Europe)?

Thanks

Dashu

Bastard is not really new. aktually it has its first serialization in Shonen Jump in 1988.
