Oni's Album reviews :Panic! At the Disco

Today I'll review a rather interesting band and their debut album.

Panic! At The Disco is a punk-pop/indie rock band. And their tone certainly meets that genre. Though they sound quite emo-ish at times and have that high-pitched singing thing going on, P!ATD has promise. Even if they sound exactly like Fall Out Boy, ^^;

P!ATDs debut album, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, is a 13-track CD with some catchy numbers. Infectious songs such as The Only Difference Between Martrydom and Suicide is Press and London Beckoned Songs Written by Machines will keep you listening over and over again. However, many bands have accomplished this. And, at one point or another, you get just a little sick of it. However, the songs are great and the album is filled with catchy and infectious songs.

Again, my only issue with P!ATD is the fact they are nothing I haven't heard before; theyre the same pop-punk band that populate the emo ears. Not only that, but they sound JUST LIKE Fall Out Boy. I swear to god, if you put on a FoB and P!ATD song at the same, I probably couldn't identify the two. However, what draws me to P!ATD is not their sound, but theier lyrics and orginality are wondrous. Their songwriting is very good. Now, if only they could individualize thier own sound...

I give Panic! At The Disco and their album A Fever You Can't Sweat Out a 7/10

Hey... I remember them... lol. I remember hearin' them on TV at like... 6amish... lol.. like... a month ago... lol I liked it. I really liked, "I Write Sins not Trageties". Took me like... 2days to figure out the artist. I have... 7 songs between me and my friend Jason... I like it. I have them ona mix CD of mine. Some of it is funny. One of my other fav ones has to be, "Lying Is The Most Fun a Girl Can Have With Her clothes On". That one make sme laugh... so does, "There A Good Reason These Tables Are Numbered Honey, You Just Haven't Thought Of It". I still like them, none the less of who they sound like^^

Eh, I don't like them. Yeah they sound like Fall Out Boys, that's why I don't like them. But they're pretty okay. No hot guys though. >_>

I give them a 8/10 I think they are really good. I don't like it when people cuss in their songs though so it brings it down 1/10 because of that. The other 1/10 is for their sounding like Fall Out Boy. Even though thats okay because I like Fall Out Boy a lot so I don't mind but having two bands that sound exactly alike isn't good for their popularity.

Oh man, I can't stand this band. I can't lie, I've only heard 3 of their songs, and they all sounded repititious. Not really my style of music either, so that could explain it.
