i really don't care if someone is loaded it just shows that they need to sit and relax, or there goses your entire teen aged life down the drain.

Manga sounds cool, but how do you get it in Canada?
Re: re: What is manga?
Hopefully some comic shops can get them in. If not I recomend looking for a suitable webstore.serpent night dragon1 wrote:Manga sounds cool, but how do you get it in Canada?
In an uncaring universe it is up to us to determine our own destinies.

Well...
To mangas in Canada: As I have been to Canada for a year, I found some mangas there. But it was quite difficult and they were expensive... I never thought I would spend 26$ for one volume... however: You probably have to look in a city. I only found manga in Edmonton and Vancouver, though.
I don't know about England though... but hearing about your troubles finding manga, I thing I'm glad to live in Germany. Though I now only have about 10€ on my bank account, I know where to get manga: Simply go to the bookstore nearby and look around. They will have what I am looking for. if not, just walk to the next store...
Or order it via Amazon and transfer the mony without debit card. My parents won't even know what I did unless they answer the door when the mail arrives XD

re: What is manga?
If you're still not used to reading mangas, I suggest learning Hebrew or some other foreign language. I started learning when I was three, but it's easy to learn. All you have to do is learn a whole new alphabet and read from right to left! *laughs* It also helps if you're reading a manga that catches your interest. ^_^ Like *starts reading from a long list* Yu Yu Hakusho, Fruits Basket, Inu-Yasha...*goes on and on*
