reason: during football practice I:i broke my friends nose, another kids finger, and knocked the wind out of 3 guys. got the wind knocked out of me, re-broke my finger, and had a huge cut on my arm...it was fun as hell

reason:after football practice me and ma pops ran some plays and drills, then i ran a mile. when i got home (5 min. later) I ran 2 more miles just because i felt like it. after dinner, i got on the tred mill for an hour, lifted some weights and used the good ol bowflex. im like the energizer bunny: I just keep going, and going, and going...
