Back in the hayday of my YYH site, I got asked frequently for sheet music. The only place I EVER saw any was up on Yahoo Japan Auctions ONCE. Maybe it's been uploaded somewhere online now, so hopefully you'll have better luck.

Well, if you think you're going to find an American release of YYH sheet music, you're dreaming. Anyway, if you really wanted to order it, all you need is the URL to give to celga.com and they'd take care of the rest for you. Works nicely, since YJA sellers don't ship internationally.
