Hmm i saw the first episode but cant remember the name if you check the list of anime on here you might be able to find it,the girl is his cousin by marriage an he starts to fall in love with her,but she has a split personality,1 being a nice school girl that cares for people,second is a mean an rude son of a *****,if you check the list of anime of you should be able to find it,look in the descriptions http://www.keiichianimeforever.com/anim ... index.html ,he moved there cause he needed to join an art school or something along the lines of that
