a long time ago i saw this anime on saturday anime and i want to watch it again but cant remember the name >.<. The plot went something like on mars to increase their voting status or something they made all these cyborgs. after the voting they wantd to get rid of them all. this cop who hates cyborgs fights them, and during a fight he gets seriously injured and becomes half of what he hates... a cyborg. he then falls in love with one of them and everyones after them, and at the end she has wings and theres a big stand off and they kill alot of people? if anyone knows the name or even has a good guess it would be much appretiated
