What's this guy's name from Beyblade? (picture included)

Can anybody tell me this guy's name? I know that he's in Beyblade G Revolution, and I've been told that he's in 'BEGA on the Rise', but I just can't figure out his name. I also remember seein' his bit beast. It looked like a type of manta ray. Or like Mantine, if you've seen Poke'mon.

Somebody please help me out!

Man, you wouldn't belive how hard this is. I am translating german as we speak, just to find out who it is. So far I know his beyblade is Manta Diver. But that is the best I can find, however I am still looking.

I think is rick bison the beyblade is called rock bison rick is from the allstarz but am not sure
