to narrow down the possibilities i know now that it is not your prostate and youre not ripped open i will take you word for the whole virgin thing so i think it is a hemiroid so go see a doctor.

Seriously AA is not a clinic... You need to go see a doctor and stop thinking AA is a shrink or a licensed doctor. You say it hurts to poop and pee, well you may have an STD or something else, maybe some of your organs are damaged... You will continue to suffer until you see a doctor.
