She nodded a bit, sighing. "Yeah, well, I'm better off alone. And he's not a playboy, he just likes to meet new people."

She looked back at him out of the corner of her eye, and smiled softly. "If being alone is feeling lonely, then yeah, but between you and me, I'd never admit it."
