Cowboy Bebop Theme Song

This might sound a little bit strange, but I was wanting to know if anyone knew who wrote the theme song "Tank" for the show Cowboy Bebop and if there was anyway I could get my hands on some sheet music arranged for a jazz band. It's a really jazzy song and I don't see why there wouldn't be a band arrangement of the song, but I've been looking for a couple of days and have yet to find it. HELP!

The name of the composer is Yoko Kanno, one of my favorite composers. I found a copy of the musical score for you, but you have to register for the website to get it.
