Who would win in a battle? I know before Zeon won but that was before Zatch had a partner.

Zatch would win because of his bond with Kiyo. If you notice, Zeon actually bosses his partner around so they can't have that great of a bond. Plus they have pretty much the same spells so even the tinyest advantage would win.

It would be a tie.Zatch and Kiyo have a bond,but Zeon has the strength and speed.

Zatch:
1:8 spells
2:powerful bond with Kiyo
3:Great Determination

Zeon:
1:All the spells that Zatch has and more
2:Can erase memories
3:can transfer memories
4:can teeport
5:bookowner doesn't fell pain
6:can create monster out of his hair that talks

If we're talking about now, Zeon would definetly win, but in the future when Zatch is stronger, he might beat Zeon.

I also think Zeon would win for now, though I have to say that zatch would run a chance if Kiyo was doing the thinking for him.

Might have a chance? Zeon would crush poor little Zatch. Especcialy since he has a new spell that LITTERALY tortures the opponite. I would pay money to see Zatch fight Zeon right now
